Galerie Aï

Galerie Aï is a small but very charming gallery in the beating heart of romantic Paris. Right in the middle of the left bank and the right bank of the Seine you will find the picturesque Île Saint Louis.

The Galerie

The island -Île Saint Louis- is historical and the layout of the current island dates back to 1616, when King Louis the XIII ordered an architect to make a street pattern for the island. Galerie Aï is located across the famous church the Église Saint-Louis-en-l’Île and the famous ice-cream maker Berthillon.

Galerie Aï was founded by Thibault Lhirondelle in 2019. As collector, Thibault fell in love with the work of Bernard de Wolff. He felt there was so much depth in the canvasses and was amazed by Bernards art. It reminded him of the work of French painter Eugene Leroy, one of his favourite artists of all time. From there on he decided to start an exclusive gallery with one artist only. It is his passion to share the beauty of Bernards art with the rest of the world.
